The SACPCMP is a statutory body responsible for regulating project and construction management professions. The organisation aims to implement a KMS to: • Enhance knowledge sharing and collaboration among stakeholders. • Provide CPD-accredited materials, industry insights, and exclusive events to members. • Generate revenue through a tiered subscription model.
To address these challenges, SACPCMP plans to: • Implement a DMS for secure, compliant, and efficient document management. • Deploy an Intranet to centralise internal communications, collaboration, and employee engagement.
The SACPCMP operates a Windows-based network infrastructure with Microsoft 365 as its productivity suite. To ensure efficiency, security, and reliability, the SACPCMP seeks a qualified partner to provide the following services: Network Support: 24/7 monitoring, management, and troubleshooting. Security Services: Cybersecurity measures, vulnerability management, and compliance. Hardware Maintenance: Inspections, updates, and repairs of devices and servers. Software Support: Updates, patches, and system upgrades. Troubleshooting and Repairs: Prompt resolution of technical issues. Backup and Disaster Recovery: Reliable data protection and continuity solutions. Support will combine remote and onsite efforts, covering key domains critical to operational efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
The service provider likewise has to assist the SACPCMP with developing and implementing of a comprehensive Employee Satisfaction Strategy and Intervention Plan to address areas of concern arising from the survey findings.
The SACPCMP team requires a clean & simple yet stylish outcome. We will require full coverage and pictures of the golf day and networking dinner that will be held on one full day on the 6th of December 2024.
The SACPCMP will host a year end-function in Gauteng preferably Pretoria and Johannesburg, proposed dates are 12-13 December 2024.Your quote will need to cover the following costs: Arrival time: The proposed time for arrival is 10am, there will be no need for breakfast, however, there will be a need for welcome drinks and breakfast platters for 45 people.

The South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP) needs to appoint a service provider to assist the Council with the conducting of an Employee Satisfaction Survey and the development of an Employee Satisfaction Strategy and Implementation Plan based of the service provider’s recommendations and solutions to address areas of concern arising from the survey. The objective of this project is to design, produce, print, and deliver the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP) Annual Report for the period 1 April 2023 – 31 March 2024. The annual report will be tabled in Parliament by the executive authority of the SACPCMP. The following publication will be distributed to all legal libraries and various stakeholders. The successful service provider will be required to design, print, produce and deliver the SACPCMP Annual Report to both the offices of the CBE and the SACPCMP.
