PROVISION FOR ACCOUNTING SERVICES SUPPORT The service provider will be required to make available three experienced experts, two of whom must be qualified Chartered Accountants, CA(SA) with at least 4 years post audit training experience. The persons must have a demonstrable in-depth knowledge and experience of working with accounting systems (Pastel, Oracle e.t.c) and must also have thorough knowledge of GRAP and be in a position to provide expert accounting opinion on any GRAP technical matter.
