Report a service problem

Tell us what is wrong and where. A moderator checks it; once verified it appears on the public map, rounded to about 100 metres, without your words or your photo. Mandate SA does not pass reports to the municipality automatically, so report it to them as well.

Where is it?Put the pin as close as you can. The ward and municipality are worked out from the official boundaries. The exact point stays private; the public map shows it to about 100 metres.

No pin yet: tap the map or use your location.

Describe itWhat you saw and since when, and a landmark or street name if it helps. Moderators read this; it is never published. Keep ID numbers, phone numbers and email addresses out of it.

Photo (optional)One JPEG, PNG or WebP image, up to 10 MB. It helps a moderator verify the report. It is kept private and is never published; avoid faces and number plates.

No account needed. Mandate SA does not contact municipalities on your behalf. How reports are handled: privacy.
